Not once, has any of the accused displayed the slightest remorse of their alleged crimes against Mr. Navarro. The evidence against them is overwhelming but still they pursue their fools errand against Mr. Navarro. How is it that Zimmer Raz departs his incarceration of special treatment muscularly bigger than when he was first incarcerated? I cannot blame Mr. Navarro for being despondent with the Philippine justice system. How can justice compete with Cedric Lees political connections and extremely deep pockets flush with cash? Cedric Lee makes a veiled threat of intimidation directed towards Mr. Navarro, and this threat is treated as nothing. Is there not terms that Cedric Lee must abide by in his release from custody? Like no contact with Mr.Navarro whatsoever directly or indirectly. The actions of this judge seriously undermine the credibility of the Philippine justice system. The people of the Philippines have already lost faith in law enforcement, Executive and Legislative branches of the Philippines and now corruption within the judicial system is on full display. What institution is left for the Philippine people left to trust? Would a kid from Tondo charged with the same crime get the same leniency that Cedric and company have received? I think not. What say you Philippines?
