Not only the Lead Pastor, but the leadership around them. We MUST have bold, kind and Spirit led leadership that QUALIFY according to Gods Word. Today, so much is going on in Gods corporate local churches that hinder, confuse, cause division, and mislead about the holiness of God. Compromise is contaminating and a wrong focus has pushed the needed attention of the soul of the church away from: unity, holiness, evangelism, true qualifications, local government... and so much more . We need strong but loving people that hold up their lead Pastor (s) and serve as Warriors for Gods Kingdom purposes, and are true armor bearers. We need a revival in the church today for a Biblical leadership Team that reveal Christ as: Head of the Church. We need fire, red hot passion and Models that can be followed. Leaders that cause the members to want to grow! God bless Pastors and Leaders that have in common a heart to please God and reveal that light on a hill. Nomie. Dec. 27.
