Not our day. Unfortunately we were not able to defend Toms leader jersey today. He was racing very strong again and finished 4th on a tough stage. But he found himself too early without teammates to help him and had to let go one of his direct concurrents. I was there till 30 kilometers to go but dropped out of the first group with a flat tire, no neutral car behind. Lady luck was not on our side. Hopefully there is a chance to get the lead back tomorrow, who knows... Good night, Simon
