Not quite Italy! X Factors Andrea Faustini heads to the Royal Albert Hall with Mel B... while Ben Haenow and Fleur East give spectacular homecoming performances With the X Factor final just around the corner, all three finalists are pulling out all the stops to whip up the maximum amount of support in the last few days of the competition. And while his counterparts headed back to their hometowns, Andrea Faustini spent his week touring London before giving a special performance at the Royal Albert Hall. Dressed in a sharp black tuxedo, the Italian-born hopeful was introduced on to the stage by his mentor and Spice Girls star Mel B, who looked elegant in a stunning floor-length gown. The 20-year-old singer performed for the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research’s Christmas With The Stars event, which will also be included as part of his homecoming montage during the final. Accompanied by his family, Andrea also got to rub shoulders with Italian TV chef Aldo Zilli at his San Carlo Cicchetti restaurant in London. Sunday night’s show saw the contestant battle it out to bag a place in the final as he took part in the sing-off against Lauren Platt, 17. Meanwhile, Fleur East swung by her home town of Walthamstow where she received a very warm welcome before setting off on her Battle Bus. The 27-year-old star – who wowed crowds with her rendition of Uptown Funk on Saturday – also paid Heart FM and MTV a visit. Ben Haenow was overcome by emotion when he jumped on the bus to Croydon where he surprised his mother at work. He later played a gig at a local pub before heading to the town centre to sing in front of thousands of fans with Simon Cowell. All three contestants will hit the X Factor stage for the final time this weekend, where they have been given the special opportunity to perform alongside Take That. Fans will also be treated to performances from global sensations One Direction, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Meghan Trainor and Olly Murs with Demi Lovato. The X Factor live final will air on ITV at 8.30pm on Saturday and 8pm on Sunday.
