Not sure if I understand the FAAs decision to suspend flights to Ben Gurion. From all of my experience in the field, aviation planning boils down to risk analysis. As emotionally charged as the issue may be I cant figure out what purpose is served by the suspension and indeed what conditions will need to exist to resume operations?!! In any event I realize that many of my friends and friends of friends have come to visit this summer and some may indeed find themselves stranded in this predicament. If so, please do not hesitate to call upon us, our door is open and we have plenty of extra beds for the next few weeks.
