Not sure if steve has posted this as my fb has the collywobbles at moment CHURCH FIELDS ++++++ Ref changes to church firlds planning application. I spoke with the planning department today and there have been no changes to the planning application. The letter that the 97 people received was just telling them that a new document (the york archeological survey report) had been added.(effectively changing the online application). He spoke with the person dealing with the application and was told that because of its size it would go to a larger committee meeting on either 5th or 26th june. He also told me that only 97 people received letters because those using the template letter are considered to have objected by petition. If you want a letter with updates you need to send an original objection or alternatively click on the tracker button to be informed of updates by email.
