Not sure if yall are familiar with the tagged-up, leaning building/squat at 1242 St. Roch (corner Urquhart), but the owner, who lives in Mississippi and a contractor are there. I thanked them profusely for almost killing a building by neglect and for the amount of homebums that have pissed and shit there and broken into our yard (I live next door). They lashed out at me and said i was a horrible neighbor for letting vagrants break into their empty building. If you have an opinion about the building, I encourage you to let them know in person. Theyll probably tell you youre an asshole for letting their building get broken into. Id like to also inform you that the guy who bought this building bragged to me about getting it for half-price because he bought it the same week that Jon Flee got shot and killed across the street by the 16 year old and informed me that You gotta know when to buy. I walked away from that man during that conversation and he suddenly succumbed to cancer a few months later. I shed no tears. His former girlfriend now owns the building and has let it rot.
