Not sure why every time I do a joke about Scottish independence it kicks off! Some people seem to think its on a par with the abolition of slavery! I am a comedian a will also do jokes about topical situations and will never apologise for it. My none-jokey opinion is actually, if Scotland go for it then fair play, enjoy it. I wish them all the best and hope its successful. I actually think its quite exciting that something this huge could happen in our lifetime. Ill be a bit sad we are no longer the same country but apart from the fear of being stuck with a Tory government forever, it wont really effect my day to day life. I guess the most amazing thing about it all is that in some parts of the world there are people dying and killing in the hope of independence, where as here in Britain, you just had to ask nicely. Good luck Scotland, whatever you decide.
