Not there right now but I was yesterday and it was fantastic meeting. Got some kefir from Gary so I can make my own friendly bacteria for my gut (anybody knows how much of a geek I am will know how excited I am) and a new eating plan that doesnt need much calorie counting. This is a start of health regime that will take me to the biggest fight of my life in feb (should all plans come to fruition) and will be the day my lifelong dream comes true.
