Note to self: if you have a good/great leader and he/she does whatever they can for you and the team.....When is the last time you asked them if everything was ok, how are you really doing.. We sometimes forget that heavy is the head that wears the crown, those who lead are sometimes alone in the front because we in the back all to often wait for them to move first.... Sometimes just sometimes you might need to do a personal gut check and see if its your time to step up and shoulder some of the load and help the Leader / and the team instead of waiting and or complaining about what is wrong or not being done...... Leaders - Lead Warriors - Fight the fight and then there is the rest..........Check yourself TEAM! Together Everyone Achieves More!!!
