Note to self :: when a doc asks if you want a shot of novocaine before she shoves a giant needle into your infected alien baby, for all that is good and holy, say YES! Yes, it is two needle pricks....but the first one means you dont feel the second one. It also will prevent the doc from having to peel you off the ceiling. As my friend Pamelas mom would say that was a dumb thing to do! Lesson learned.
