Notes... Ran into Pete Sampras and his poor unattractive (ha!) model wife in the hotel elevator today - last thing I needed to see first thing this morning... Both beyond beautiful - ugh. Last time I was here I saw Seal - he seemed a lot happier. Had a gypsy woman try the I found a gold ring on the pavement, is it yours? trick yesterday to distract us - didnt work. More adventures today - Monet exhibit at LOrangerie astounding - much better than the Monet Museum here. Literally walls of water lilies. Plus an amazing collection of Renoirs, Degas, Seurracs, Moglidianis, Matisse, Cezannes, Rousseau, Early Picassos - best pre- & post Impressionist exhibit Ive ever seen all in one place - almost better than the dOrsay. Loved it!
