Nothing can happen, nothing can occur in your life which is not a precisely perfect opportunity for you to heal something, create something, or experience something that you wish to heal, create, or experience in order to be Who You Really Are. I knew I needed to slow down & create healthy boundaries with my Aha Moments work...but wasnt listening. So now Im laid up with back pain after a jog last night! God has my attention! Spending the day resting, meditating & reflecting on setting intentions that will bring more joy & balance in my life...and releasing the guilt around setting boundaries, knowing it will lead me to bring the best God has intended for me! I also know I have amazing people in my life that will support this & have been telling me this for awhile now! Many of those people include you!
