Nothing sweeter then God’s love If you are like me, I love candy! My favorite would have to be gummy coke bottles. I can remember going down to the corner store and buying a handful of candy. So many different kinds of candy around and in a lifetime you most likely would not be able to eat every one of them out there and no I don’t want you to try. I can see already your parents writing me letters of how I challenged you to eat all the worlds’ candy even though it would be cool. Could you imagine though buying only one kind of candy forever? That would be boring and pretty soon no one would want to buy candy anymore. Like Gods love for us, we can all be glad that He only loves certain people and not others. In our lives we should not only love the popular kids, the athletes, or just the cool kids. Every one of us is Gods children and all deserve His love. No one is more important than the other. Jesus even said He would leave the 99. He was cool with to go find that one person we call unlovable, dorky, dumb, or dirty (Matthew 18:12-14). (Isaiah 64:6) Says at one point we were like filthy rags before the Lord. This tells us that God made us all clean no one was made better than the other. It is also great to know that God loved us while we were sinners (Romans 5:8). The next time you have an opportunity to show Gods love to someone that others think might not be worthy you can bet that you are showing them that nothing is sweeter than the love of God.
