Nothing to bring u back to reality with a bump when someone kills their self from depression... If ur feeling down, u must get help and not be afraid to admit it. I tried for years to get help from my doctors, but we all know how slack the British NHS is at diagnosing the right things...however it is a shame and hereditary I do have a chemical imbalance which my father also suffers with, which is treated and handled well now by a small 20mg pill everyday. I used to try and escape my thoughts by drinking, partying and also traveling-, spent a fortune running away from things...literally from country to country.... In the end it was acupuncture that saved me before being finally put on the right medicine, now Im back living the life I never thought I would. Hope mr Williams is in peace now....god bless. X
