Nothing worse than rushing to the airport to catch an 11am flight and getting there checking in, clearing security only to sit down for 12 hrs without being told much. Aero forgets that there will be people waiting on the other side to pick you up. So not only is your day ruined, yours is too. By the time you are ready to leave, there may not be any juice on your phone. In short inconvenience amplified. Common sense dictates that you be told way before the flight about the delays so you can adjust, maybe have lunch or rest some more etc. The passenger agreement says delays must be communicated 2hrs before the flight. The most painful part is the lack of information. Just try approaching aero staff, they start forming deaf and dumb. Enough said. #AeroRespectMyTime
