Notice for Filling the Re-Sitting Form for January/February-2015 Examination (Notice Dated: - 12th October 2014.) All the students of SMU are hereby informed that re-sitting form for Jan/Feb-2015 examination is available at Student Section. Student can fill the form for any backlog (UE/IA/Practical/Project) subject. Re‐sitting form is to submitted by the eligible students for the: a) UE or IA or both component/s of failed Theory papers of earlier semesters. b) UE or IA or both component/s of failed Practical papers of earlier semesters. c) UE or IA or both component/s of failed Project papers of earlier semesters. d) UE and IA passed but failed in Aggregate of Theory/ Practical/ Project papers of earlier semesters. Please submit only one re-sitting form, even if the student is appearing for more than one paper of different semesters, as online system does not accept more than one re-sitting form of a student. Internal Examinations/ Project Examination/ Practical Examination will be conducted in the month of November/December-2014 as per the academic planner applicable for Fall-2014 Session. Only semester end University examination will be conducted in the month of January/February-2015 as per the schedule published by the university. Last date to submit the Re-Sitting Form:-By 04.00 P.M on Friday, 20th October,2014. In case of student appearing for IA has to submit the University assignments latest by 15th December 2014. Students submitting re-sitting form for M.Sc.(IT)-IV semester , MCA-VI semester & MBA-IV semester has to first submit the synopsis online at university website and then submit the hard copy along with the acknowledgement of online synopsis submission. Last date to submit the synopsis (Major/Minor) for all courses is 30th November-2014. In case any student fails to submit the synopsis within the stipulated time, will not be allowed to appear in project examination and LC will not be responsible for that. Project title once chosen, can not be changed. Students whose admission is provisional are not eligible to apply for re-sitting. Please check the validity of your Registration before applying for re-sitting. The re-sitting fee has to be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Sikkim Manipal University DE, payable at MANIPAL or UDUPI. Endorse your name, application number and center code on the reverse of the DD. The students are advised to retain the counter foil and photocopy of the DD with them for their reference.
