Item 4– To receive consider and adopt the new WONETHA constitution, three year WONETHA strategic Plan 2013/2016, Financial and Human resource guidelines Item 5 – To appoint auditors and pass with or without modification Item 6 – Re-election and appointment of the new Board of Directors NB Election of Board members 1.
