Notice that the word murder is never used by these officers who lead and are in charge of other officers that commit aggravated assault and murder against unarmed and non-threatening people. I am not saying that the two officers who were killed were guilty of these specific types of atrocities, or that they specifically even deserved to be killed. But what do you expect to happen when you turn yourselves into a marauding army and all of America into a war zone while declaring the people the enemies of the state? When you declare war on a people and turn them into your enemies, you cannot expect them to pick-and-choose how they attack or fight back against a uniformed member of the enemy force in order to protect themselves from what they perceive as a threat to THEIR lives and safety. Why should the ones being wrongly targeted, attacked, and murdered be required to be discriminatory in choosing enemy targets when fighting back just because the attacker carries a badge and wears a uniform? No soldier on a battlefield is required to stop and question the politics and motivations of the enemy soldier he faces before he acts to remove that threat to his own safety. The cops are not the ones in the right in far too many of these cases, and the people, like the soldier on the battlefield, are reaching a point of having to react the same way out of absolute necessity for self-preservation. This double-standard is always termed self-defense because the OFFICER fears for HIS life, but cared absolutely nothing for the one that he takes or the reason he feels justified in doing so. But the person or persons the officer targeted is NEVER considered to be justified in defending themselves against an officers wrong-doing, no matter how severe or deadly it might be. It is the police departments and their political masters that have declared war on American soil, against the American people, and have become trained and armed to wage that war to the fullest destructive measure they deem necessary, right down to outright murder of the captured or questioned. . .
