Nov 1st Birthday plung in Lake Ontario Charlotte Beach. Born in 57 and am now 57 years old, while the lake Ontario temp is 57 degrees. So of course anyone would figure that is a sign to jump into the lake. November is the best month for a birthday contrary to my brother Brians FB clip selling the late summer time Birthday. In November parking at Charlotte Beach isnt a hassle while no one seeks relief from the summer heat. There are so many things in the summer that people seek relief from. They slather themselves with sun screen, mosquitoe sprays, protect their eye with UV sunglasses and drive air conditioned cars that make it feel like November inside. As someone who has had all the summer time pitfalls bestowed against me ( skunk sprayed, swarmed by thosands of bees, snake bites, poison ivy and sun burns) Ill take November to enjoy an event free Birthday. November the month that we give thanks in, has so many great attributes to actually to be thankful for. First of all political campaigning and yard signs disapear in November after several months of returic. My two favorite High School sports (Football & Wrestling) happen in November, with my 18th Birthday rocking a homecoming touchdown run. NFL Footballs best games happen in November. November is the month when the pocket book gets a brake with major discounting (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) to get a piece of the biggest purchasing month of the year. Meat freezers are filled up in November by hunters relieving the family buget woes with venison and turkey. Lets not forget the discounted candy on my birthday. Biggest point still stands that no one is seeking relief in November. For those who diss cold weather months think deeply of how that cold weather contributed to your very exsistance.
