Nov. 21, today I am thankful for frozen foods and for a family that usually eats anything I fix to eat without complaint. Today was really busy and when Allen and I finally came in the house after finishing the well house, Janet asked if I wanted her to go out and bring us something home to eat. I checked in the freezer and had some Parmesan crusted tilapia, some steam-fresh veggies, tater tots and yeast rolls staring me in the face, so I fired up the oven and that was our supper. lol Was even able to shower and get on my pjs between putting the tater tots and fish in to bake. Easy nutritious meal, and easy clean up to boot. Now I just have to fix their cube steak and gravy tomorrow or I will get told about myself. ;) Since they saw I had it thawed for tonight. Thank you Lord for this simple convenience for busy days.
