Nova Scotia: There is a mix of partly cloudy or overcast skies across the province according to TWN. The current temperatures range from 5°c with partly cloudy skies in Pleasant Bay to 12°c under overcast skies in Shelburne. It will be a mainly cloudy day today although you may see a bit of the sun from time to time, with showers beginning this morning in the west and spreading across the province as the day goes on, reaching Cape Breton late this afternoon. We can expect 5mms on the mainland and up to 10mms for Cape Breton. Tonight the skies will clear out. The wind will be from the south around 20kms/hr but gusting up to 40kms in some areas tonight the wind will change to be from the west and in some areas in Cape Breton will increase to 30 gusting up to 50kms/hr. Temperatures will range from 14°c to 16°c during the day and overnight will be from 5°c to 7°c. Here in Lantz the skies are overcast and it is 9.5°c in my yard with the wind from the southeast around 5kms/hr and the humidity is at 85%. What do you see out your window this morning? #BackyardWeather (Stefanie)
