November 2007 Mom went to be with Dad. 7 years go by so quickly. I turn 60 this year and time marches on. I miss them both so very much and wish I could just sit and talk with them sometimes. There will be plenty of time to do that in the future. Dad was a rock and gave me the strong love a dad can only give and Mom had a great capacity for fun. She hugged us boys often and never let us pull away. Dad set us on the right path in everything from leadership to treating your wife like a valued gift from God. He also taught us to love our mom and treat her special. Good hard working and loving parents who unselfishly provided us a loving home.
