November 25, 2014 (8:00 AM to 8:30 AM) - QPPO PIO Staff under PSSupt Ronaldo Genaro Ylagan APD, Mr Bong Rivera and staff, Mr Nico Pedro III with SPO4 Teodoro Dapoc De Castro – Provincial Executive Senior Police Officer (PESPO) led the Qzn Pulis @ Ur Serbis radio program aired regularly from Monday to Friday at 92.7 Bay FM Lucena. SPO4 De Castro explains he’s function as PESPO as the extended arm of the Provincial Director and as Big Brother of each Police Non Commissioned Officer (PNCO) of the province. SPO4 De Castro added that he accounts personnel at the Police Provincial Office (PPO) in each command activity. He also initiates an inspection at least once a month to a police station with a goal of disseminating information or directives from higher office and sits down with the personnel to find out problems (if there are any) and formulate a solution. Results of each inspection were all reported to the Provincial Director for his information. If there will be a case of deceased PNP personnel the office of PESPO will assist the late PNP’s family in the internment up to the follow ups of claims. He further stated that CESPO (at Camp Crame), RESPO (at the Regional Office), PESPO (at the Provincial Office) and MESPO (at the city municipal) level is concentrated to uplift the morale and welfare of each PNCO from rank Police Officer 1 to Senior Police Officer 4. PCI Elmar Sillador however clarified issues on demerit (DR) system wherein a PNCO will be issued a Delinquency Report for his/her lapse(s). The DR will then be the basis for their grades in the Individual Performance Evaluation Rating (IPER) and will be included in the PAIS PDS. Pulis Corres from Mulanay MPS and Sariaya MPS reported the accomplishment on their apprehension of a violator for RAs 8294 and RA 9165 and an arrest of wanted person.The program also requested every listener to cooperate and be active in the campaign against all forms of criminality through reporting incidents that were observed, seen in their community to their nearby police stations or through Quezon Provincial Police Office (QPPO’s) hotline number 09209796911.
