I mailed my governor forms on Sept. 29, 2014, I received a letter on Oct. 25, 2014 that I did not qualify as a governor candidate in the Nov. election, but ultimately I was a candidate in the primaries (2014). So some may understand or not how & why we have election laws of unconstitutional restriction &/or of unconstitutional limitations if it applies right? Because it may be implemented for the continuous capitalistic ways of extreme prejudice (profits & control) in the form of acceptable legal-corruption if it applies as so. Now if there is such a thing called discretion than it means that John Conyers received his name on the ballot when he went to court in the 2014 elections. And Mike Duggan was able to continue to run for mayor of Detroit, MI. in the 2013 race. Plus we may not understand that all of the above issues are similar &/or different if it applies as equality/fairness (constitutional freedoms/liberties). Now I, Clyde Darnell Lynch have no income for an attorney &/or understands how to fill out the court documents to continue to run for governor. But I participate in my government when I pay my taxes (if it applies), I participate in my government when I participate in jury duty (if it applies). But If I do not participate in jury duty it may be a law passed to fine me &/or penalize me for not participating as a juror at a appointed time which may &/or may not cause &/or create a finical hardship when I participate (if it applies). And furthermore I participate in my government by obeying the federal Constitution, state laws, county laws& local laws as well (if it applies). So I would have flip it a little better in an audio recording “you know what I mean”? So now if our vote do not count why vote, so if a Citizen can’t get due process why vote, so if a Citizen get fined &/or penalized for not breaking the law why vote, if the experienced, certified individuals in governmental offices still can’t bring peace & harmony to the masses why vote (and my governmental documents, audio recording, constitutional complaints tumblr account, Facebook page proves that & some if it applies as such). So if we the Citizens understand that the elections are not honest why vote, so once more tell me why Clyde Darnell Lynch isnt qualify to participate in his government & he has not violated any crimes [as the government &/or etc. has violate my rights with no merit] why shouldnt he be able to run for an elected office. Esp. if he was born & raised in the same jurisdiction of residency all of his life, so do we understand why &/or how a certain race &/or women wasnt allowed to vote if no laws was broken? So can anyone tell me why I do not qualify as a governor candidate under federal law? So can anyone tell me without a shadow of a doubt why other (write-in candidates &/or unknown official candidates [I have audio recordings &/or etc. to prove this point & maybe many others as well]) in any election does not get media play as the same old rotation of ball players does. So can anyone tell me &/or educate me about the true restrictions/limitations of the government. Because they really love to take our tax dollars tom aid in our demise as they do not play fair in the disbursement of... Therefore & forevermore I got enemies that will do anything to break me, now how can I explain how this game is laced fraudulently [wickedly]. Plus my attitude has changed & got to the point where I was driven twenty-four seven to change the world. Cause they got us on the block, they got us in a box of solitary confinement, so tell me how violent are these cops, and they need an early retirement. So tell me how many rallies will I watch, cause I aint got it in me to march. Because I got a semi to spark (FOR PROTECTION &/OR AT THE LAST RESORT), but let’s get this paper work right first. Cause the game is in a drought with all these double talking & HALF STEPPING sleep walkers that keep wickedness alive breaching Citizens rights with no just cause &/or merit of any legitimate law… So yes we can change the world, because it doesn’t really take money to do so cause it just come down to assistants /participation period... P.S. I was denied SDA (disability), because I was late in mailing my SDA appeal papers. But I think I have been denied in the past five years in receiving my disability any way. So doesnt that put me under a financial hardship &/or have my Human Right has been breached with no constitutional merit of due process? And again can somebody tell me & the government what crime I have committed to be denied benefits any way. Plus I wrote on my envelope that I mailed to them that my benefits are past due as well along with two pictures about their legal corrupt ways against all Citizens liberties/happiness if it applies. Equality by contract is paramount, and mandatory by law. Amen.
