November 7, 2014 (8:00 AM to 8:30 AM) – QPPO PIO Staff under PSSupt Ronaldo Genaro Ylagan, Mr Bong Rivera, Mr Nico Pedro III with PSI Rodelio Calawit from 3rd Manuever Platoon QPPSC and PSSupt Dionardo B Carlos – Chief Liaison Officer Legislative Affairs (LOLA) to Senate and Congress led the Qzn Pulis @ Ur Serbis radio program aired regularly from Monday to Friday at 92.7 Bay FM Lucena. PSI Calawit had reported the initiated Police Community Relations (PCR) activities by their platoon with the 4th Manuever Platoon QPPSC, covered municipalities, and the Armed Forces of Philippines (AFP) counterparts in giving seminars and pulong pulong to some barangays to identify problems at each barangay. PSSupt Carlos had elaborated that the PNP’s mandate is to maintain peace and order, he had encouraged the CNN’s to a dialogue or discussion to identify the problem and come up with a common solution. The group had also sent out their congratulations to Tagkawayan MPS, a suspect on a death related hazing incident had turned himself in. Due to the trust given in the uniformed personnel, the family of the suspect had turned him in the folds of law. PCI Calawit in turn had thanked the community in which they serve because of the accomplishments on the arrest of wanted persons. Communities continuously feed the uniformed personnel of information leading to an arrest of wanted persons. The group also tackled the TESDA accredited computer education wherein everyone in all levels and in all walks of life were encouraged to enroll. This program had helped elevate level of maturity for out of school youth who are now seeking employment. PSSupt Carlos sends out his congratulations to PSSupt Ylagan for maintaining the radio program which had been a medium for accepting complaints and information vital in the maintenance of peace in the covered area . Pulis Corres from Pagbilao and Agdangan MPS had reported their arrest of wanted person. The program also requested every listener to cooperate and be active in the campaign against all forms of criminality through reporting incidents that were observed, seen in their community to their nearby police stations or through Quezon Provincial Police Office (QPPO’s) hotline number 09209796911.
