Now For The Afghanistan News... Afghans pledge some 500,000 dollars in aid to Gazans During the latest meeting of the Afghan president and other senior government officials who strongly condemned the appalling attacks on Gaza, Kabul declared that it is going to pledge some 500000 dollars in aid to the undefended people of Gaza who are being targeted by the Israelis since July 8. Pledging money in aid had not been the only support of Afghans to Palestinians as they also took to the streets of Kabul to protest against what they call the unforgivable crimes of the apartheid regime of Tel Aviv . In general, Afghans consider Israel as an illegal entity as it has occupied the lands of Palestinians almost 6 decades ago. Beside pledging cashes in aid and launching anti-Israeli protests, Afghans also called on international bodies and Arab countries to break their silence and take strict measures to force Tel Aviv to stop its attacks on Gaza . The statistics show sthat thousands of Palestinians are now homeless and over three hundred people including innocent children and women have lost their lives while more than 2-thousand others have been injured since the Israeli offensive began on July 8 against Gazans.
