(Dinner of royalty tonight) The Lobster buffet consists of: Our Spectacular Lobster Buffet features steamed Lobsters, Shrimp and Oysters with Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb, Baked Bone In Ham, and Turkey Breast at the carving station. Sliced Smoked Salmon and Pastrami Salmon along with 15 assorted Cold Appetizers including Mozzarella and Tomatoes, California Rolls, Smoked Whitefish, Seafood Salad and Assorted Cheeses to name a few. Assorted Manor-Made Artisan Bread and Rolls, Romaine and Mesclun Salad, our famous Cream of Mushroom Soup as well as another Soup Of The Day. Fifteen assorted hot chaffing dishes including Chicken Fingers and French Fries for the children as well as tempting selections such as Tortellini Alfredo and another Pasta Of The Day, Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi or Seafood Newburg, Poached Filet of Fish, Chicken Breast such as Parmigiana, Eggplant Rollatini or Parmigiana,Vegetable and Potato Of The Day. A lavish Dessert Table including Manor-Made Ice Cream and Sorbet, Assorted Cut Fruit and Melon, Assorted Berries, Hot Apple Crisp, Chocolate Mousse, Cheesecake, Fruit Tarts, Individual Assorted Pastries which vary but may include Crème Brûlée, Crème Caramel, and Cheesecake Lollipops.
