Now I am going to tell you something that my daughter Savannah Raine Whitacre and I havent told anyone....for fear of REALLY sounding crazy. On the same day that I found my smiley face in my breakfast wrap my daughter and her boyfriend were carrying things out to her car. I was in the kitchen gathering some paperwork about to follow them outside when I heard someone stumble and fall in the laundry room. I entered the laundry room to find my daughter collecting herself. She had a startled look on her face. She said she was walking through the laundry room to go out the side door and right when she passed Geoffs chair where he did all his sewing and making of sailboat sails some strange force made her lose her balance and stumble into the cabinet against the wall. After we looked around and didnt see anything out of the ordinary we resumed packing the car and never really spoke much more of it. Just a few days ago Savannah told me that she and her boyfriend were really freaked out about it and went back in the room to place something on the floor to see if it would roll because they wanted to chalk it up to her tripping on an uneven floor. But the ball (or whatever it was) didnt roll because the floor was perfectly flat and smooth. She said she almost felt pushed. Then she reminded me that just a few minutes after she stumbled, as I was coming through the room, I became frozen on the large black floor mat that was between Geoffs sewing machine and the side door and anxiously called to her in the kitchen to come help pull me off of the mat. YIKES!! I havent wanted to talk about this because it borders on SPOOOKY! Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this?
