Now I can assure you from experience and my experience goes way back, The Fed Govt has never been able to provide enough working tools for all its security Agencies in d various states, Never. So,one of the greatest challenges Nigeria Governance system is their inability to Adopt to change I feel bad about the attitude of our people towords our law enforcement agencies, especially, The Police but sometime, I dont blame them becouse that is their orientation,they have no regard for the Police, all they think about the Police is the #20, they collect. Basically becouse, what that indicates is that there is something fundamentaly wrong with the finacial Structure that the constitution established for the Funding of the police in the Country,there is something wrong, realy! The Police by any standard anywhere in the world are the most critical of today management of Democracy. So the question is, are we spending enough on d police force to get the kind of the Police that we require? The answer is NO. Now, what is Nigerians National budget for the Police in 2013, it was #311b and that is less than 2b dollars; less than a quarter of what the New-York city votes for its Police. Mr Fola Athur Worrey.
