Now I remember why I dislike Virgin America. Couldnt pull my boarding pass up online 50 mins before take off, went to the gate agent 30 min before take off was told they couldnt pull it up either. Missed the flight that I wouldve been able to get on any major carrier. They charged me $35 to get a seat on the next flight for something they wouldnt let me board, gate agent told me to take a screen shot of the ticket because no app, stupid time constraints, 4 hr waiting because of half the number of flights suck. #virginamerica #getanapp
