Now I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what He will say to me… Habakkuk 2:1. This is the hard part. The part that requires enormous discipline and self-control. We wait for the Spirit’s leading. We wait for Him to fall fresh on us. It’s critically important for us not to jump ahead, or make assumptions, or put words in His mouth, or manufacture a programmed response, or manipulate emotions and call them revival.
