Now here is a true lowlife that needs to be caught, water boarded, toes cut off slowly, one at a time, fingers crushed slowly in vises, pencils shoved in each of his ears and pounded in hard, Drano poured and allowed to stay in his eyes, and then castrated. Id say that we should just beat him and then shoot whomever this lowlife scumbag is but I dont think this would do much to someone with no spine or heart. Please post this and help the Kentucky State Police and the Harrodsburg Police Department find the lowlife scumbag that is responsible for this heinous crime.
