Now if I stick the boot in on a possibly unintentional cock-up on their part, its only fair if I sing their praises when they do me a good turn. Stuart from Virgin Media (from somewhere in the north east of England, judging by his dulcet tones) has just reduced my monthly bill by £40, by giving me some excellent advice. His colleague had told me I could save £20 per month, which was nice, but I wanted a bit more, he put me on to Stuart, and bingo. £40 more in my pocket each month, with no (hopefully) noticeable change in what I see - apart from about 130 channels I never watched anyway, and 100Mb less on my broadband pipe. But before I went to Virgin I was only getting 16Mb anyway, theyre still giving me more than 50Mb. Theyve proved to me for about the third or fourth time since I joined them that Virgin are the best provider out there.....in my experience.
