Now that Mr Munangagwa is about to take over, is there any hope that the government of Zimbabwe will facilitate the commencement of the Zambezi- Matebeleland Water Project? May fellow avocates, those in the media, ask this from VP Mnangagwa when they get the chance. That dream project was rendered imposible by the Mugabe regime that secretly vowed that no developement will come to Matebeleland as long as it is still in power. The previous regime had plans to commence it by 1982.
