Now that my folks have left, it is time to start cooking up some of that wonderful salmon they brought me. Todays salmon was a nice 8lb Pink. I started with a nice simple recipe that would let the true flavor of a west coast salmon shine through I mixed up some thyme, sage, rosemary, garlic and a little bit of mustard powder with some olive oil. The oil mix was lightly brushed over the exterior of the salmon, then slathered inside the cavity. The cavity was stuffed with green onions and garlic then it was baked at 425 for about 40 minutes. Id take a picture of the cooked fish but all that is left is a skeleton with the head and tail.
