Now that the traditional Fathers Day is over I want to share a quote I read last night. I was reading Phillip Camerons Fathers Day blog and he quoted one of the girls he had rescued out of Moldova : My girl Irina, who came to Stella’s Voice two years ago, put Father’s Day into a good perspective saying, “Since I know God, Father’s Day reminds me about His love for us, and about His perfect plan for my life. I love God with all my heart, without Him I am nothing; He is the only one that will never disappoint me. He is the best Father in this Universe.” I think these are good words and a great perspective for all of us, whether our Dads are still with us or with Jesus or not, were involved or not, did a good job or not. Father God is the perfect Father. And because of that, everyday is Fathers Day.
