Now that we have contacted our family. Carl was diagnosed with possible kidney cancer last week. Since then we have been to Huntsmans cancer center in Salt Lake City. They told us that it is 3cm in size. They did other test to make sure that it hasnt spread to the lungs or liver. His blood work is good. We go back on Tuesday and he gets a biopsy done. There is a 80% chance that it is cancer. Therefore he will likely have surgery. If its benign they will also eventually have to take it out too. The good thing is since the tumor is so small they will probably not have to do chemo or radiation at this point. We will keep everyone post. Prayers please.
