Nowadays, Im defensive when guys try to talk to me. I cant even take a compliment from a guy without thinking theres some catch behind it. I cant even have a conversation with a guy without thinking he wants something out of me. I cant even chill with a guy without thinking hes gonna try to make a move on me. I just dont trust guys off the bat the way I used to because when I did, they all turned out to be something different from what I thought they were and they all ended up using me, disappointing me, and hurt me. So now, I constantly have my guard up to keep myself protected from the bullshit I had to deal with in the past and anybody who can break through that wall I have up will be the next guy I take seriously. I just need a guy to really prove himself to me to this time around because I dont have time to play anymore games.
