Nsg Care Plan Nsg Dx: Increased body temperature secondary to body malaise related decreased immune system due to poor stress management. S/Ssx: Body Malaise Body temp of 38°c Pain and dryness of the throat Body weakness Verbal cue/s: I dont feel well. :-( My head aches and feels heavy. My throat feels dry :-( Nsg Interventions: -increased intake of citrus food to boost immune system -hydration therapy to help manage dryness of throat and regulate body temp to normal - tepid sponge bath - bed rest Expected result: After 8 hours of nsg intervention self would show signs of progress and would return body temp to normal range so that self can enjoy his 1 RD. ^_^
