But heres an easy breakdown that you can follow for some questionable foodstuffs: Eggs – Yes (even raw eggs? Why not.) Nuts – Yes (Almonds, Walnuts, Soaking Seeds & Nuts) Seeds – Yes Coconut – Yes, in every way, shape, and form Coffee/Tea – Yes! Whole Grains, Oatmeal – No Beans & Legumes – No Dark Chocolate – Occasionally but NOT DURING THE CHALLENGE Red Wine – Technically yes, but NOT DURING THE CHALLENGE Artificial Sweeteners – Not really, but not terrible. Stevia is OK Cheese – Not officially, but…Raw is OK (limited use) Yams and Sweet Potatoes – Occasionally Potatoes – Not really, stick to very little intake. NO FRENCH FRIES! Rice – It’s a grain, but…not the same as wheat, barley, or corn! Rice is allowed but SPARINGLY!
