Nutrition FOR FEMALES Most girls are better on lower carbs and higher good fats AND protein..remember,its not about salad and fruit diet(it can make you lose weight but look weak n lose muscle,muscle is needed to look feminine and have those pretty curves everybody loves) Protein is usually (this depending on the goal etc but say for bikini or phisique) around 140grams per day Guys tend to eat more same kinds of foods and girls like variety so I would go for all possible choices from eggs, turkey, lean beef, chicken, all sorts of fish, egg whites,cottagecheese etc Carbs are highly individual and some girls can get lean on 200grams and some need to go to 75 and below. This depends on lean muscle mass, type of training and ofcourse SUPPLEMENT use Write down what you eat for a week and if the weight is stable this will be the baseline from all programs are made. I would start lowering carbs slightly and not go too low I prefer to do more cardio then to lower carbs, this seems to still give the person energy (from the carbs) but the fat melts off with the extra cardio HEALTHY Fats: these are HIGHLY important,HEALTHY FAT DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT. usually they sit between 35-65/70 grams per day Go for quality sources like almonds, salmon, avocados, walnuts but also peanutbutter and unsalted cashews are great sources of good healthy fats Fats help in MANY regards, from easier fatburning to more steady energy during the day to good hormonal balance in the body and last but not least feeling full and not craving carbs all day long and in creasing chances of binging and messing the diet up
