OBEY GOD........The real evidence of a true Christian is a changed life. Being remorseful for the wrong we do, is not the key to open the door of obedience to God. Judas when he realized the wrong he had done by betraying his friend and master was remorseful but yet he disobeyed God therein by going ahead to commit suicide, therefore adding another sin to the wrong he had committed earlier. We live in denial when we feel remorseful for the wrong we have done instead of repenting and forsaking it. You begin real Christian journey when you have that ability to repent, forsake and flee from the devil. The great British preacher Charles Haddon Spurgeon once said. Of what value is the grace I profess to receive if it does not dramatically change the way that I live? If it doesnt change the way that I live, it will never change my eternal destiny. Let eternity be our ultimate goal as we pass through this earthly journey. To my dear friends and your friends, and to us all that read this message, I want to tell us that a changed life begins with obedience to God. It is a life of willingness to total surrender to the Almighty God. It begins with us understanding the reality of his existence and what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us; for if we fail to understand these thats where the trouble begins. This means we will have to stop doing certain things and start doing others. While God begins changing our hearts and desires once we surrender our lives to him, he still gives us the freedom to decide how much of our lives we will let him control. My brethren, please know this; Whatever we give up to follow Jesus Christ cannot compare with what he will give us in return. For example, when we give up sinful behaviors for God, he will replace our sins with forgiveness and a clear conscience. As we give our thoughts to this, I pray for the guidance of the Holy Ghost and his conviction. BIBLE VERSES: ROMANS 3:23, ROMANS 6, EPHESEANS 5, GALATIANS 5. I sincerely thank you for your time with me. BLESSINGS.
