OBSERVATIONS ON THE CRYPTO WORLD: Sometime I hear people - close friends etc of mine - saying things like Bitcoin is just a currency for geeks or Nobody takes those things seriously -- like nobody with any real capital or influence does, anyways or It will remain a fringe thingy forever. Okay so let me retaliate once and for all: Ive had more enlightening, balanced, educational, and inspirational conversation in that world than Ive been having over the last decade in my life, including when I was working for - amongst other things - governments. Meaning: the crypto world has definitively attracted the best and the brightest of our generation - and in the same way internet did back in the days - that brainpower alone will reshape the world in the same scale. Ive been relentlessly surprised and impressed by the level of intellectual depth, nuanced thoughtfulness, brute intelligence and sheer proof of action the crypto community has demonstrated. If Ive ever met impressive people in my life, its definitively crypto folks! People willing to sacrifice their time, energy, and often financial means, just to be on the front lines of world history, and have an impact - for the better - on the world!
