SO much has changed for the good, I am a Plexus Lifer! ================================================ I went to the Dr weighing in around the largest Ive ever been. I had high cholesterol. I had migraines at least once a week and headaches everyday. I had restless leg syndrome and narcolepsy. My Drs wrote prescriptions for all of these but also recommended I go on Xanax for extreme pms symptoms. I thought I was in early menopause it was so bad. I was tested for Carpal Tunnel and Cubital Tunnel Syndromes and needed surgery in both hands/arms. I was depressed and anxious. I had fever blisters and canker sores all the time and usually in multiples. I drank about a 2 liter of Diet Coke every single day. I basically felt terrible from side to side, top to bottom. I didnt want to get out of bed. My life just kind of went by sometimes without me. **Fast forward to now after a year with Plexus. Im about 60 lbs lighter and still working on getting healthier every day. It is a new lifestyle and Im trying to make better choices all the time.
