OCYFL, Does not promote favoritism, We firmly believe that each child should be treated the same and should not have to compete for a team, position or try outs. We hold a blind draft to assure that each child gets the same equal opportunity as everyone else.We avoid stacking of teams. Each child should have every opportunity to explore their team and to be apart of something special.In the eyes of the league each child has a special talent in them and they should be able to find that in themselves without any pressure. They should be able to enjoy the sport of football and feel the capabilities of doing so. Here at OCYFL we make our league all about the children, and the thrill of the sport and not he kill of the sport. We require that each child be given the same amount of attention on the field and off the field by their team and team staff. Please join us in our 2014 Season.
