Inaugural Session Chief Guest: HE The Governor of Odisha Sri S.C. Jamir. Valedictory Session Chief Guest: Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha Sri Naveen Patnaik. The two Panel topics are: Panel Session 1: Exploring Economic Avenues through Entrepreneurship & Skill Development. Panel Session 2: Optimizing Brand Odisha - Think Global, Act Local. Very eminent experts will speak in both the panel discussions with the two most important challenges that the state faces in this competitive world today. Though, there are several other such issues confronting the state but with the constraints at hand and the resources available, these two topics were selected to be pursued with purpose. During the valedictory session in the late afternoon, OwB Awards of Excellence will be given away on several categories. The EC will inform the state government in the presence of all eminent audiences about the plan being mooted to take the initiatives forward with an actionable agenda for the next one year.
