Eligibility Criteria / Other Details. (a) Eligibility Criteria. B.Tech (All Branches) and MCA final year. (b) Shift. 24 X 7 (Night Shift Mandatory). Rotational working off’s (Sunday off not mandatory). (c) Position. BPO Voice profile. (d) Job Location. Gurgaon (Transport will be provided from the nearest metro station (Dwarka Sector 9) and Guru Dronacharya metro station till 8.00 PM. (e) Salary Details. Salary 13,000/- Gross monthly CTC for first 6 months. Increment in compensation post completion of 6 months. (f) Bond. Selected students will sign a service level agreement for 9 months with INR 25 thousand PDC which will be refunded to them once they completed 9 months with IGT and an opportunity to move to IT team thru IJP (Internal Job Promotion). (g) Skills / Responsibilities. (i) Good Communication Skill. (ii) To be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe clients on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in minds various SLA’S like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversation & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with customers from India, US, UK and Asia Pacific where it may require to take few calls in Hindi as well.
