OFF SEASON ACTIVITIES Well, this time of the year there is not much riding the bike anymore...But there is plenty of team activities...Some of us went to experience the snow, the lack of oxygen, the altitude sickness, the salesman greed etc...But it was fun anyway and we are glad to have done it... This is few things from last week: Voyteks, Gregs and Andrzejs families went to Colorado... Bloody 18 hours of driving was not enough to move your blood pressure...somewhere in the middle of the great state of Iowa, in the middle of the night, the car alternator refuse to work... Well, $ 170 job in Chicago happened to be game of greed for Midas and Goodyear garages. Those bloody as...s asked $ 500 !!! Well, now you know which businesses to avoid... Than, on the top of Keystone Mountain I got small pack of Kit Kat and small Gatorade...$2.19 in any store...Hah... $9.65 in the Keystone lobby !!! No... I am not kidding... First I thought that this is price in pesos...Colorado marihuana freedom must have already brain dissolving effect on the Vail CO management... Than... Be sure that you have an air tight car, driving thru great state of Nebraska... I am sure that air composition there is far different from average Earth mixture.. If you open the car window, you became major bite in the fly catching game... But stakes are good... So, we bonded through skiing , beer drinking and sharing travel experiences.There were cycling stories sharing moments as well..
