***** OFFALY SPCA ***** We have had numerous cases recently relating to lost & found dogs that are not wearing ID tags on their collars. ID tags are a simple but effective way to locate an owner quickly and is now required by law. A microchip is another effective method in which to locate an owner quickly. Losing a dog is a stressful time for the dog and owner concerned. It also takes a very small number of volunteers away from helping sick/injured abandoned dogs in need. Be responsible for your own pets. Know your obligations as a dog owner.
